jockey pulley
[1] On a bicycle, the pulley in a rear derailleur that stays closest to the freewheelcogs and guides the chain from cog to cog during a gear shift.
[2] A free-turning, spring-loaded idler used to keep tension on the timing belt. Also called "jockey wheel"
